I have them both, and depending on what you do, you may well see a
definite improvement in image quality. High ISO is much more usable,
certainly, and IS helps a lot if you're shooting without a tripod. If
you're doing landscapes or studio portraits, neither of these will
matter much, though.
Dyamic range I can't really comment on because I don't shoot weddings
or black cats in snow; I haven't seen any problems with highlight
clipping in normal use, though.
