I'm most interested in this 'difference potato' concept, especially
the feeling of it.
Is it somehow derived from a subtle selective hybridisation of a
difference engine, using cultivars selected for flavour, colour and
texture?
And what is the best way to measure the noise of different vegetables?
Oh, and given the nature of one of my other jobs Mr Harridge, you are
clearly in search of a bloody nose!
