What the hell does that mean?

Great - puts me up to 100%!

What happened was that ebay got swamped by some seriously stupid
buyers. I use that Toolhaus app. to check negative feedback as I'm
interested in why, as well as how much. I see some daft stuff -
people who left negative when the item didn't get right across the
world in three days and for other quite trivial matters - and
neutrals for things I'd have burned the seller for. 'He sent me the
wrong item but it was excellent quality' - neutral?! Even people who
just hit the wrong button - a negative with a positive comment.
This allows a seller to escape a shaky start, leave the odd
unwarranted neg. behind (thanks!) and lose neg. feedback left by
utter squirrels who are eventually suspended. It's not bad.
Keeping it simple is often stupid - very.
