Unfortunately with all the spam a lot of mail servers just drop 
incorrectly addressed email into a back hole without any notification (I 
do this at my firm) so I would recheck that you have the exact correct 
email address in such cases.

BTW - anyone fancy working as a system adminstrator in Switzerland - one 
of my team is leaving
