Basically they started with a rebadge of the Pentax istD* models when
Pentax discontinued them and put a range of Schneider lenses on them.
I don't think it was particularly successful and while the lenses
were fine, they weren't German hertitage spectacular, like Leica is
trying to achieve with 4/3rds.
Interesting that they're going on with it - they must be popular in
their home market or a flagship line because they are almost unknown
elsewhere.
