When I was a 13 yo kid, my parents had that same idea that I spent too much
time on my computer. They tried to control that time much like you do, but
with much older methods. So I went on strike : I stopped fixing *their*
computer, stopped setting the electronical clocks at home, and stopped
programming the appliances, tv recorder first item on the list. The time
limit thingy has been lifted *extremly* quickly.
To tell the truth, I find it's an awful idea to set so tight limits and hiding
behind the hardware to enforce them. Maybe if you had some more entertaining
ideas, she would actually prefer to share time with you. But if you don't or
can't then blame yourself for the time she prefers spending with her machine.
