By coincidence, while out shopping today I found, in a post-Chrissie
sale box at the local Big W, a "5 DVD PACK" for AUS$28 that contains
both 'O Brother, Where Art Thou?' and 'The Big Lebowski' (for what it's
worth, the other movies are 'Lost in Translation', 'Being John
Malkovich' and, seemingly on the outer, 'Nurse Betty').
I guess I'll be watching the Coen brothers' two sooner than expected.
I took a fair whack of photos with my Oly 770SW (as well as my Canyon
10D) while my family stayed here for a couple of weeks (14 human guests
and 1 dog). The Oly was good in the spa, and at the beach during
'tropical low'-endowed surf. Also, I let my 2.5yo nephew knock around
with it for a bit with me feeling little fear of its damage (who took no
decent photos, but I supervised him with the 10D and he got a couple I
will print of for his parents). This has no bearing on the previous
paragraphs, but I was feeling guilty about the 'OT'. ;-)
Cheers,
Marc
