Indeed he is, Piers. Hadn't noticed <http://www.world-traveller.org/>
was a link to some of his images, which I visited frequently, but his
pictures of Bolivia posted at Flickr shows positively he is Roger.
I'm glad you liked my photographs of Colonia - it's never late to let me
know :)
