I have the Cameraquest unchipped adapter. The below link is to an
advanced version that has had good reports of its quality. They are
said to require slow deliberate focusing to work properly. Mike Hatem
gave it a thumbs up. Some on Pnet were less impressed, though it
appears overall to help. Jeff has one and has said it works, though
may not have had a chance to give it a thorough evaluation. The linked
seller does not always have them in stock, though my autosearch turns
up them at least every 6-8 weeks or so.
