In the case of the amusing "typos" in the small ads in local printed papers,
it is, in my experience, most certainly the latter, if they can get away
with it (it's a game, to see if they *can* get away with it).

And I thought a monistat ad imediately following a Victoria secrets ad was
bad.
I always have wondered if these are all luck or if layout people have warped
senses of humor.
