My experience of HK sellers is that they do a lot of business in low
value items and do not cope well with anything at all outside the
routine. Usually not worth returning things.
To be fair, I had a very similar experience with a bulk seller in
California, wps47, with the subtle difference that having completely
misrepresented a lens, he simply ignored me. That was the first
negative I ever left in 650 transactions. Checking his feedback I
discovered that he never responds to emails about problems - ever.
I did work out that where 80 characters is not enough, you can insert
a web page in the feedback if you just clip off the http:// so I left
him this -

Given that he has a pattern of poor behaviour, is it still possible
to get someone suspended?
