Sorry. No first hand experience. Just reviews I have read. The v.5
seems to be best one and v.6 seems to just refine the earlier changes.
They all take the plugins. The image browser feature introduced in v.
5 was greeted with a lot of enthusiasm, making it more like Photoshop
along with layers. I did not like it when it was first used in
Photoshop, but now it seems indispensable. Instead of upgrading to v.6
why not get a good book for v.5 like Scott Kelby's. I know some do
not like his jokey writing style, but I don't really mind and he
certainly gets to the point, more clearly than anyone else I have read.
There are tutorials which you can find on google.com and even iTunes
podcasts.
