A great taco is always art, a poor one never.
I prefer the small, open simple ones like I used to get at El Rincon de
la Lechuza in So. Mexcio City. Picante in Berkeley does a pretty good job.
Or the big, double tortilla ones with beans and other stuff that I never
saw in Mexico, but sure are good, and eaten by many from or of Mexican
descent around here. La Taqueria Morelia or many of the taco trucks do
the best.
Stiff, folded ones like in the 'art', naw.
