[OM] OT Cine to DVD

Can anyone recommend a company that will transfer cine film (8mm and 
Super 8) to DVD ?

I have found Jessops in the UK, but they seem expensive and also want 
to go film to VHS to DVD.

I am in Ireland, but could send the film to the UK, USA or elsewhere.
