Oh, I know. Several things contributed to a less-than-optimal mood
yesterday, chief amongst them a touch of the 'flu, plus I stupidly
didn't dress adequately for the weather, so I spent a good deal of the
walk wishing I was in front of a warm fire with a hot cuppa [anything].
Not exactly conducive to finding inspiration.
I'll try some late Fall scenery further south of the city this week, to
see if my normal fascination with "magnificent desolation" kicks in.
(The weather's supposed to turn to shite tomorrow, which, oddly, may
make it much more interesting, plus it'll be a good basic test of the
E-3's weather-sealing.) And, who knows, mebbe I'll become the target of
some cougar's fascination in Fish Creek. That'd be fun. I could carry
the E-1 for self-defense and use it to beat the little effer soundly
about the head. ;-)
