Actually, closer to 4 stops. The old rule-of-thumb (1/ƒ) was designed
for 35mm film. For 4/3rds, the rule of thumb should be more like
1/2*ƒ, so you should use at least 1/800th of a second for a 400mm
lens, which is 3.7 stops over 1/60th.
