Not unusual - which is why I have a B&H account.
They are often cheaper than ebay prices and HK prices for me in Aus.
One is quoting the RRP and the other a decent discount price.

Looking recently at DZ lenses like the 14-54mm and the 50/2, the B&H  
price is almost half the local.
