Last year there was a project called "Houston Its Worth It" which was
looking for photographs of Houston, showing why it was worth it of put another
way,
what is special, different or unusual about this area. They were not
looking for "Chamber of Commerce" images and they got what they wanted. It is
an
interesting collection of artsy fartsy images from a very large group of local
photographers. I sent them three images which were included in the exhibit
at Houston Center for Photography (hcponline.org) and was notified at least
one of my images would be included in a book being published from the
exhibit. Only problem, I am clueless as to which one or ones were included.
The
mystery will be solve on Friday as that is when it hits the bookstores (local
only, I imagine.) I'll see then. Here it is on amazon

Oh, I submitted two images made with a 6X18 pinhole camera and 1 done with
my e-1 and using a lensbaby.
