I was unfortunately tied up in a meeting the whole evening, and managed to
miss the whole thing with the exception of the medal handout (and the Webb
Ellis Cup); I found it on a french channel on my hotel TV in Denmark.
I played myself in every position except hooker (mostly as fullback though)
over a period of 22 years; 8 years in school, 8 years for the school old
boys (Old Alleynians), 2 years for Stockholm Exiles in Sweden, 2 years for
Copenhagen Exiles in Denmark, and a couple of appearances for Dallas
Wildebestes in Dallas, Texas.
Great fun!
