Deja Vu. In Japan in 1960, little things like that were common. Almost
as common seemed to be tipped over ones. The design is inherently
unstable at anything but very modest speeds, decelerations, side loads,
etc. Brake while turning, and the force vector heads right where there
shoud be a lever arm with a wheel on the end -but there isn't. Easy to
tip back up again, I suppose.
