That's icky, how on Earth can you eat KIDNEYS? Ick! Oh well, I am picky. I'm Hispanic (actually half Spanish and half Scottish) and I can't stand any traditional Hispanic or Mexican foods. And I live in New Mexico with a Spanish girl who's family has been here 400 years!
