I have had to clean my D200 sensor only once in the 9 months I've had it (and
since I have only primes, I have changed lenses very often, in all kinds of
dusty environments). I'm not so sure any more that Oly's SSWF is so useful...
The one time I had to clean the sensor (a corner of the sensor, actually), I
used first a blower, then the method mentioned by Chuck - I even purchased a
brush from the very same seller. It worked very well.
