An Olympus Chrome Six or Semi-Olympus would have given you the choice of
both color or black and white sensors of a larger size while keeping it in the
family. As you know Voigtlander also makes similar products. I'm particularly
fond of the RF and Bessa II. For those whose budget doesn't allow for these
there is always the Click or the Clack by Agfa. Larger sensors which allow
for either color or B&W images. Most would be surprised by the results and
reminded of the past if the were to use one of these and the sunny f16 rule.
For any without the resources to buy these higher end units, take your OM 1 or
3, remove the batteries and get after a roll of film using the sunny f16
rule. Be amazed at how good you are (or perhaps how much latitude there is in
