Yes, I've moved back to Endwell, NY, my wife's home which we left 36
years ago. Much cheaper retirement living than the Boston area despite
New York's rediculously high income and sales taxes. But it's
depressing to pass by the local IBM plant (the original) where I started
working in 1965. There were 15,000 area employees back then. Today
there're about 1,500. But depressed economies mean cheaper retirement
living.
