This version has sharpening. Initially I thought it was too limited
since the max radius is 3. I thought it would prevent using sharpening
to do the local contrast enhancement technique which uses sharpening
radii up to 50. But there's a reason for the madness. LCE is now a
built-in technique under a new name called "clarity". Whoopee!
