They were 72dpi but quite large.

I really don't think this is a PR stunt, this is too big for such a thing 
and she would have to have the store playing along with it.  Besides, the 
risk for her would be too great in that case - and given her popularity at 
Flickr I don't think she needs to promote herself in this way.
