[OM] Does anyone know the write speed for E-xxx cameras ?

   I was reading a computer mag today and saw that there are CF cards 
available that are 266X (Transcend 8GB 266X).
   Of course I drooled a bit at the thought of one.  But then I wondered 
if my camera could utilize that kind of write speed.
   I have an E-300 and an E-500 now but hope to move on to an E-330 in 
the future ( for my eyes, you understand ).
   So, I looked through the manuals that I have but was not able to find 
and figures for the write speed of the cameras.
   Anybody have this information ?
