I have an experience for my 2X-A on my 300/4.5. It's good & over my
expectation. I think it is better than 500/8 Reflex since closer focus
length & sharpness is better. Besides, I may control the DOF. Of course, F9
is a bit little hard to focus but I changed the focus screen to Pentax one
is more brighter than Olympus 1 series.
