Thanks John. I followed a manually stitching guide written by Scott
Kelby. You open your first image and then add white canvas space to
equal the area of your finished panorama. Then you open and add the
remaining images to the first. The trick I used for alignment was to
change the layer blend mode in the image to be added to "Difference" in
the layers palette. You then use the Move Tool and arrow keys to align.
The two images are perfectly aligned when the overlapping area changes
from a colored area to completely black. Worked for me.
