This one I don't "get" at two levels.
- I don't understand the point of the monochrome sky with color
land/foreground. But that's simply a matter of art/taste, which I
wouldn't have commented on except for:
- Assuming the exercise is worth doing, isn't it worth doing well? The
bright band along the horizon where the two parts don't match/overlap
properly is obvious and distracting even at the small size and just
awful at the larger sizes. This still isn't very good at a large size,
the rather random cut line and extreme differences across the line make
it hard to fix, but at least gives some idea how it could look.
