OS/2 Ver. 3 was 3 million. That was about 15 years ago. Windows has
long ago far, far exceeded that. The scary part is that "good" code (at
least in those days) probably has 1 bug per 1000 lines of code. And, of
course, the bug rate goes up with size and complexity. How many bugs in
Vista? :-)
