You may install the PTLens PS plug-in manually without any registry
entires at all. If you choose to use the installer to install the stand
alone version (and, optionally, the plug-in), it does use the registry,
but does show up in AddRemove Programs, so removal shoudn't be a problem.
I doubt you will want to remove it anyway.
