Hmmm . . . your thought just popped an insight for me. C@non clearly
wants to eliminate as much non-C@non business as possible. If they
can figure out how to offer in-camera SR while retaining compatibility
with their old lenses AND obsoleting third party lenses -- whew! Hog
heaven!
And yes, I know that's the nature of the marketplace . . .
