They are building  new biodiesel plant at the port of Aberdeen in SW WA 
state. The plan is to use the local farm production mostly from east of 
the mountains. Until this developes they will be depending on palm oil 
from SE Asia. Perhaps the worst choice from an environmental standpoint.
