I'll bet you could make one from a screw in 49mm metal cap with a hole
cut in the middle and then glue on an OM Tamron Adaptall rear cap which
I recall as being fairly deep. Or you could glue on a short M42
extension tube with an M42 body cap screwed in to form a cover. Maybe
someone will pick up from here and think up something better looking,
cheaper and easier to make... like maybe a deep screw in metal lens hood
with a suitably large metal lens cap glued onto the end.
