Winsor,
The Pentax 70/2.4 ltd is an AF lens. Sure, you can use it in MF, and
most Pentax ltd. lenses are quite capable of being used in MF, but
they remain AF lenses....
Don't ask me how I know.

ps: there's a great Pentax 77/1.8 ltd. that - while bigger - is a
great lens too.....feels almost like a Zuiko, and gives full 35mm
coverage
