It works well for me, too. Even though it's a blasted "American
Oxford" it gives the British slant as well.
But Cmd-Ctl-D doesn't work for me (I have to use the Services menu or
right-click); why, Oh Wise One? :-)
And while on the subject of vocabulary: it's "hoi polloi", Jan. And
since "hoi" (ὁί) means "the", your "the" is superfluous ... ;-)
... I'm trusting that your machine will show the characters properly.
