I definitely want the Zuiko glass, I've done a lot of experimenting with
other glass already.

On The B&H site, there is only $25.95 difference betwen the Sigma 105.2.8
and the Zuiko 50/2.0 ($399 vs $424.95) The Zuiko is highest. Unless the
additional working distance is important to you, I suggest that you buy the
Zuiko. I have one and it is an excellent lens. In addition to being an
excellent macro lens, it also makes very nice portraits.
