Requesting Western Union payment is not allowed under eBay's safe payment
policies. If you add a note to your listing that you accept it eBay may
withdraw the listing. As far as I know if the buyer suggests it you can
accept it but you just can't request or demand it as payment.

We agreed on him paying by Western Union money transfer, and once I had the
cash in my hands I sent the unit.  He got it 2 weeks later, no problems.  I
guess you could use similar methods.
