10 years I think. I just had an opportunity to check that out when I lost the key to my 30 year old Sears Craftsman 10" radial arm saw... or rather the movers lost it. Since I was close to the local Sears store at the time I thought about trying to replace it I dropped in and talked to the senior tools rep. She said there was no hope. She told me Sears keeps parts data and diagrams on file for 10 years. She said if I was to call or go on line there would be no data on the model number to even look up what the part number was. I tried anyhow. True, there was no full list of parts but they did recognize the model number and did have a key. Interestingly, it also told me about a many, many years ago safety recall that I was never aware of. A check with the actual manufacturer (Emerson Electric) showed no parts for the recall available anymore but they offered me $100 if I'd disable the saw and send them some key parts to verify it. I chose to keep using the saw and ordered a $5 key with a $7 (ouch) shipping charge.
