Excellent advice, but unlikely to be followed by those who are at
fault. It's a personality thing I suspect, covering nervousness with
bravado on some occasions or even worse, narcissism (and that's
incureable). And it's not just social either - I've seen workplaces
disrupted in the same way although more subtle revenges are used in
that case.
