So you supply them with stagnant water and before they can fly out, use it
to fertilize your plants. Low tech, mosquito reduction, and great fertilizer
for the plants. Collect the dew run off from the gutters if you have metal
gutters. There is always a little water from there, just protect it from
evaporation.
