Around here they have a very quick response technique - they import
something from Korea and rebadge it while scaling down production of
the larger and thirstier.
And I'm much amused by those screaming that 'no-ones going to tell me
what I can drive!' A combination of economic circumstances, social
expectations, status needs, reinforcement by advertising and so on
have been making those decisions for us for years. We all just think
we make rational decisions.
