I shot a little over half a 36-exp. roll of Provia 100F today with the M6, all
just around the house; not up to speed today and didn't feel like venturing
far. Nice, though -- the camera; not me. Biggest problem is that I've been
spoiled by motor drives on the OMs, and the digital stuff, so I forget to wind
half the time. I'm sure that's something I'll gradually learn to do again.
I've named her Linda, after my oldest daughter. I just liked the sound of Linda
Leica. I've always had this strange habit of naming possessions. My three old
OM-4s are Huey, Dewey, and Louie, and are so labeled. That's how I could
remember what kind of film was in which one: Huey was always Kodachrome, Dewey
some sort of high-speed color film, usually Ektachrome, and Louie was B&W,
either Plus-X or Tri-X.
