I guess I'm just impatient. I've always had great service from KEH, but when I
logged in a half hour ago to check on my order, since the big, brown truck just
sailed by without stopping, I didn't like what I saw, so I sent the e-mail
query below. I haven't had a response yet. I charged the stuff ($3,287.44) on a
credit card with a zero balance and a $35,000 limit. Can they not find the
stuff, or what? What the hell does "pending" mean after two days?
The e-mail:
"Why does my order (20041229) placed two days ago still show as "pending"?
What's
up with that?"
Hell, maybe I'm becoming my mother. When she got older, she used to fret over
everything, would go to the mailbox, find a bill, run back in the house,
immediately write a check, then put the return envelope back in the box. I've
seen her stand in the garage, tapping her foot, watching for the paper because
it was a half hour late. Is that how I'm going to end up?
