I've been using Flickr, the operative word is free and easier to use than my
picture trail account. They only allow 3 folders (free, more if you have a
paid account) and have a size restriction, but so does Picture trail.

I use them for four different websites. Easy, fast, inexpensive,
reliable. Lots and lots of features and templates to work from.
Only time I've ever had a problem with them is when downtown Los
Angeles lost power last year.
