But may I suggest -
You want power? Check out the used market on the Metz hammerheads.
I say used, because new, they also cost $380 +, but you can pick up a
used Metz 45 CL-1 for well under $100 (I snagged my last one for $25)
and they have the power to match many studio lights - GN 295 w/ISO 400.
For wedding and PJ types, good aftermarket (not Q) wet packs (1,000 shots
without recharging) are available at reasonable prices from that dude in
Florida...
mine is 6-years-old and still works great - and I'm at least the third owner.
Downside? Well, they don't work well (the older ones) with TTL, but how tough
is it to handle guide numbers? C'mon guys (and gals) - it's called
photography.
Obligitory OM content - works fine on my OM 2n
