The all-time favorite feline, dead now for over 15 years. We thought he was
enchanted because he seemed to be wiser than either of us and would sometimes
sit for hours staring off into space. We called it "watching kittyvision." I
named him Abner, after the comic strip character Li'l Abner, but he didn't
mind.
