coupon is on-line. Shipping by USPS in the CONUS is $4.95. The offer is good
until 12/31/06. The rebate coupon is good until 1/31/07.
For those with greater needs and deeper pockets, B&H has the following Sandisk
offers: a 4Gb Extreme IV CF at $244.95 with a $40 rebate, an 8Gb Extreme IV for
$479.95 with a $70 rebate, a 12Gb Extreme III at $429.95 (no rebate) and a 16Gb
