I prefer bottom-posting, since it gives context to the reply. I'm also
completely for deleting non-relevant text and spaces and reply headers
from earlier replies.
And, while we're at it, I also get frustrated by those who receive the
digest, and don't change the subject line to somehow indicate what the
heck the post is actually about.
